Migration and Integration / Participation

The term “migration” usually describes the process by people to cross borders or regions to live there (permanently or temporarily) and work. This does not only happen in Europe. Thousands of people looking for a new home because their old one does not give them the chance to survive are on the move. In the new region it is important and necessary to win the people for cooperation, by allowing the immigrants to have a participatory role in social life. Those who belong have to know how to enable them to receive and give to their new community. To use for the benefit for their new home the cultural achievements of their mother country.
